1 loaf bread with crusts cut off, and then cut into fourths
2 cucumbers, sliced
8 oz. cream cheese
Topping:
1 C Mayo
1 C Sour Cream
1 packet of ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 C raddishes, finely diced
1 medium carrot, finely diced
1 1/2 tsp. dry dill weed
pinch of salt
Spread some cream cheese onto each piece of bread, and top with a slice of cucumber and some topping. Enjoy!
